  • "Products or Services" refers to all offerings provided by Amethyst Lining in accordance with customer orders.
  • "Order" means an order placed via phone, email, or online by a customer to purchase our products or services. Orders are confirmed through various payment methods including checks, credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and Western Union.

OUR SERVICES

It is essential that you read and understand our refund policy to fully grasp the rights and limitations outlined by Amethyst Lining. Please ensure you review these Terms and Conditions before making any orders or payments on this Website.

REVISIONS

Each service package comes with its own revision policy as outlined in the service description. We offer revisions within a 5 to 10-day window after the order status is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our system. The specific revision period will depend on the package purchased.

Once the order is marked as "Waiting for Customer Approval," customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager to confirm that the original requirements have been met.

Customers retain the right to make personal changes to the content they receive after the order is fulfilled and before publication, as the content is delivered in a Word format, and the customer holds ownership rights.

REFUND POLICY

At Amethyst Lining, we are committed to addressing concerns and complaints following our stated terms of service. We encourage all customers, partners, and users to carefully review this policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we recommend ceasing the use of this Website and/or services immediately.

Amethyst Lining  does not provide partial or full refunds on sample or bulk orders.

Refunds will not be issued if a customer engages in or contributes to a negative narrative against the company, whether online or offline.

In the event that a customer wishes to discontinue services within three (3) months of payment, a refund may be issued, provided that the customer did not receive a discount upon registration.

Refunds are only granted in specific circumstances, as detailed below:

  • Amethyst Lining reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests according to the terms outlined above. Customers are encouraged to stay updated with any changes to these terms. These terms, including any future amendments, supersede any previous agreements or understandings (whether oral or written) between the company and the customer.
  • Refund for Change of Mind: If a customer decides to cancel due to personal or financial reasons unrelated to the project, 30% of the total amount may be refunded.
  • Negative Narrative: No refunds will be issued if a customer participates in or fosters a negative narrative about the company, whether online or offline.

Refund requests will only be processed through our official email at info@amethystlining.com. Requests submitted via any other channels will be deemed invalid.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICING

Pricing and discounts for our services may be subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Amethyst Lining  will not be liable for any changes in pricing, service modifications, or service discontinuation.
